Today I slipped.
Great News - I slipped back into 170.6 lbs - BUT - I have been in the 160's for 4 days straight.
My waist is getting smaller. I just have to keep it up. I increased my bike ride this morning too 30 miles. The running is steadily increasing. I increased my swimming. Everything seems to be going according to plan.
