Ran 2 yesterday and running 2 today

Slow progress. I think I can manage my two miles, but I am not sure what my feet are going to feel like tomorrow. It pretty much just hurts in the morning. I am thinking of pushing until I can get to 4 days of 4 miles. Then hold steady there.

Attempting 2 miles this morning. I am hoping that I can do the 2 miles today and tomorrow. I walked about 4 miles yesterday.

didn't make it on the bike

The weather is kind of chilly. I wanted to ride on Saturday, but I pulled the valve stem out of the tube - flat. So I skipped Saturday ride. Sunday it turned out to be chilly and windy. I could have done it, but the laziness is catching up to me.

My feet hurt in the morning when I get up, but are OK the rest of the day. I ran 1.5 miles both Sat & Sun. I am going to push it to 2 miles tomorrow and Tuesday. This morning I am going to walk 3-4 miles. The temp is bad.

I am hoping to do some races soon (jogging). One of my favorites is the turkey day race and fall classic.

My status

I skipped yesterday (running) and my feet feel great. I plan on riding 2 hours today and then running 1.5 miles. I hope to repeat Sunday.

Status

My status of feet is OK. Yesterday I felt pretty good. I didn't go to the PT. I am finished with that for awhile.

Overall - I am thinking it ended up being a waste of time. But the good thing is that I tried it and I know that it was a waste of time. I am not stuck here second guessing if I did the right thing.

The weather outside is changing. It is cold.

Running plans this week

I ran 1.5 miles 2 days in a row. Today 1.5 hour bike ride. All next week, I plan on running 1.5 miles 2 days then skip a day. Repeat. Next week I will bump up to 2 miles.

Finished week 6 of PT

I ran 4 days in a row - 1 mile each. I skipped 2 days w/o even walking. I am thinking of extending out to 1.5 miles each day. We will see.

I am finished my PT.The PT wants me to continue. I am not sure? It is taking up a lot of time.

3 days - 3 miles. My legs feel pretty good.

I want to run today - but I am thinking I am going to walk this morning - don't want to do too much too soon.

Week 4 of PT - complete

Yesterday - I jogged about 3/8 mile. It felt damn good. I broke a sweat, I felt like hauling ass, but I just jogged. I never made it to the pool last week. I mostly did walking, but I am planning on swimming this weekend. I may go back to the gym next week, cause the water will be warmer.
