Reset my priorities
The first week in Jan has gone by. My feet were not cooperating. However I did do all of my walking and jogging. I made it to the gym 4 out of the 5 days. Gym was closed on New Years day. My weight has been pretty stable. I was able to do a lot of weights. The extra time at the gym allows me to do weights. I have remained committed to not overdo the jogging. Feet feel fine this morning. I am heading back to the gym this morning.
Weight = ~ 167
I am feeling anxiety about taxes, car wreck not being finalized, work. I am letting the stress get to me.
