Did a 1 hour swim and 4 mile run.

Ordered the comfy chair and the computer chair is on it's way.

Plan on spinning and running today.

Sunday 172.2

Ran 3 miles and rode 22. avg 16 mph.

I havn't decided, but I may or may not go to the gym tommorow.

Saturday - 173

Yesterday, I had too much to do. I did run 4 miles. This morning, I will run and ride.

Finished a lot of stuff in the office. Now I have to just organize stuff away.

Thursday - 170 lbs

Swam and ran 3 miles. The endorphins are really starting to kick in when I run. I am feeling stronger. I was bad and add lots of chocolate yesterday. EZ day at work today and theen off to vacation for a week.

Wednesday - forgot weight

Swam yesterday. My swimming is much improved. Swam 300 yards + kicked. I swam less than 1 hour since I had to get in the run. My run was 3 miles. My runs are getting easier. I have added a little speed to my runs. I am experiancing no ill effects from my small doses of added stress. I will attempt spinning and my 3 miler today.

I forgot to weigh myself yesterday.

I swam and ran yesterday. Today I did spin and weights. I have a balanced workout schedule.

Sun - 171.2

Yesterday - I ran 3 and cycled 25. It was not too bad. I felt it all afternoon.

Office things I must do:
Look into new closet doors. - Wifie to do Sat
Find new trash can
Buy new lights
Buy new face plates
Finish shoe molding - Done
Finish wiring - Sat
Look into carpet
Look into chair - order on vacation

Got to go swim and run.

I will finish this week up, then it is off to vacation for a week.

Sat - 172.8

I rode my 25 miles. It was easier than last week. I will probably be saddle sore today. I also plan to run three miles prior to my 25 miler today.

I spent all day working in the office and it shows. I may leave it be today. I just don't have the time.

Friday - 170.5

Friday I swam and ran my 2.5 miles. It starts hurting near the end. My legs are fine. This morning I am going to ride.

Stilll working on home office. I am making progress. I will work on it most of today.

Tuna sandwhich, chinese, chips and stuff the day before, many trips to the snack machine. No wonder!

This morning ran 2.5 miles and walked till I did a total of 5.5 miles.

Yesterday I ate wayyyy tooo much.

Swam, and did some weights.

Did spinning and ran 2.5 miles. My feet feel great. I might try the weights this morning after my swim.

Monday - 170 lbs

Yesterday I didn't eat too too bad. Swam and ran 2.5 mi.

Desk came in yesterday. Installed and I am happy with it. I have one monitor installed. I dropped it, but it seems to be working OK.

One more thing I need to add to the list: a UPS.

I think I need a total of 5 shelves.

Eating habits are poor. This morning I am going to swim and run 2.5 miles.

Yesterday I was able to paint the moldings and door. The office is coming along nice.

Maybe I might pop over to home depot and check out the shelving. I need to get my act in gear.

Saturday - 171.2lbs

I ran two miles and cycled for 1.5 hours. Today I am going to just cycle for 1.5 hours.

Yesterday I went looking for art and I found interesting art. I have some ideas I will share with my art student friend.

Floors are in

Office is the big thing today. My floors are in. My desk has shipped. My monitor wall mount thingies have shipped. I hope to get some molding this morning. I need to cut, hammer and paint.

Stuff to do:
Touch up walls
Fix window molding
Change switches
Change fixtures
Hang shelving
Wire up 110 receptacle and fix wall plate

Exercise - 172 lbs:

I plan on riding today and tomorrow - 25 each. I will run 2 miles prior to my ride today.

Yesterday I swam and ran 2 miles. I felt a slight sensation. Not to worry.

Yesterday - lazy - walked 6 miles

The office is moving along full steam ahead.

Time to start thinking about fixing up the server and neatening it up. Also time to think of a full restore in case of a disaster.

I am tired this morning. I am thinking I am going to walk this morning.

My wall desk is coming. Floors are being installed tomorrow. Furniture will be bought this weekend.

The home office will be mostly done in August. Finishing touches will happen whenever. Even though I am spending lots, there is lots of work that needs to be done.

I started off in the pool. I did 100 swim, 50 kick. I did 1 hours worth.

Sat & Sun, I walked 7 miles with a 1.5 mile jog.

Walls are painted

Goal today is to finish wiring and finishing the wall plates. I could rip the carpets out and start painting the base boards.

I now have to hang around and wait for my desk. I am kind of in a holding pattern.

No excuse anymore - got a clean bill of health

Kidney stone is gone. I'm going to jog a mile and walk 5 for a total of six this morning.

Saw some exciting furniture at Scandanavia. I am not sure I can afford it all at once. We will see.
