Wednesday - forgot weight

Swam yesterday. My swimming is much improved. Swam 300 yards + kicked. I swam less than 1 hour since I had to get in the run. My run was 3 miles. My runs are getting easier. I have added a little speed to my runs. I am experiancing no ill effects from my small doses of added stress. I will attempt spinning and my 3 miler today.
