Monday - 170 lbs
Monday - I did weights and 30 minutes on the stairmaster.

Sunday - ran 6 at the park
Ran six at the park on Sunday. I felt good. I could have run more. It was pleasant. I spent a lot of time at the park in the past, so it really felt good to visit again.

Friday - 171 lbs
I went to the gym in the afternoon. I did 1 mile on the treadmill. I did weights. I took Saturday off.

Restarting again - 170.5
Back to gym again yesterday. Last week I made it three days. I exercised around the house two days. It is getting too cold outside. I would rather work out in a gym.

Tuesday - 170 lbs
Ok. I made it to the gym two days in a row. Monday I did elliptical and stair master. Tuesday, I did spinning for 25 minutes, then 1.75 miles on the treadmill, and finished up with upper body resistance. Today I plan to do six miles on the treadmill, then maybe lower body resistance.
Been Away for awhile - Weighing in at 170 lbs.
Monday - started back! At the gym - 170 lbs. Not good, but better than where I started at last time.
Went through another birthday a few days ago. I am officially 49 years old. It's official - work sucks!
Wifie is getting better. She drank two days in a row. I am really hoping that 2009 will be good for her.
