First day back in the pool
Yesterday I started with a ez 500. It wasn't so easy. Then I did repeats of 100 yards swim and 50 kick. I did a 100 yard kick rep once. I think I must have did at least 2500 yards. My arms were fatigued. I did a 100 IM. My foot had a little pain from whatever is going on with it.
I loved the fatigued feeling that I experienced all day long. This mixed in with the chlorine aroma covering my body was exquisite.
