2 weeks of rest

I injured my foot 2 weeks ago. I worked out today and my foot is sore. I rowde 10 minutes, arc trainer for 30 minutes, walked 2 miles, stretched and did a lower body weight set. I finished up with stretching and a cool dip for the foot.

I am negotiating with a team about a swim around key west. I have never did a team event before and I am a little apprehensive.

I have my work cut out for me. I am thinking about it for a month. We will see.
