Friday - 170 lbs
OK, I have been eating bad. Deserts, etc! But I am a rock solid 170 lbs. I swam yesterday. I was able to knock out (5) 100's with 30 secs rest. The effort was very uncomfortable. I swam (2) 500's and a lot of kicking and stroke drills. I did weights. I was very fatigued yesterday, but took a nice nap.
