Ran six at the park

Feeling lousy this morning. I am on the verge of being sick. I took wifie to the clinic and I think I got something from someone over there. There was so much hacking and coughing going on over there.

I am watching my granddaughter this morning while my grandson gets his teeth pulled out. It is so sad when kids get nasty medical procedures performed on them.

My feet feel kind of sore from my 6 mile run through lafreniere park.
