Monday's workout
Ahh, it is nice not to have any races on the horizon. I worked out on the stair master for 45 minutes and the elliptical for 15 minutes. I burned like 6-700 calories and finished up with a nice stretching session.
This morning I will probably do some weights and a spinning class. I want to give my legs a break from running. The speed from my 5k has left my achillies aching.I would like my achillies to be feeling good for my half marathon this weekend.
