Progress
I think I am over the hump with running.
I have done 1 mile every other day.
I am thinking I can extend it out to 1.25 one day and 1.5 the other day. I may even press and run on consecutive days. I have a problem though. I don't know if I want to go back to the gym. II am out of excuses. I will force myself back for a month.
